There was nothing more that C'est la Vie than singing, usually to herself. However, as she was quite good at it, her parents decided to see if she could become a star. Turned out, no, not with the massive stage fright she had that eventually made her parents realize that their daughter didn't want to be a star. However, she loved singing and teaching others to sing and one day, she inspired another to sing with her with her gentle coaching and gained her cutie mark.

C'est la Vie is a polite, soft-spoken mare who loves other ponies, especially children. She gets along with everyone but hates to be the center of attention and will do anything to pass off the attention.
