Tory is a very fast flyer, one of the best there is aside from her mother. She has the additional ability to create tornadoes (as her mother is able to create rainbows by the rainboom) by her speed that she puts to good use in gathering much needed water.

She's very energetic, exuberant, and extremely loyal, as like her mother. She's modest, however, and also a little humble.
