Dwarf Alliance - Sailor Quies the Silencer FIN

For the Dwarf-Alliance group, this is my Dwarf Planet soldier based on the dwarf planet TX 2002, named Quies, making her Sailor Quies.

Name: Sileny 'Lenny' Blackett
Definition: Moonlight/Silence Black (Sort of)
Age: 23 years old
Hair: Sapphire
Eyes: Amethyst
Skin: Cinammon
Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Likes: Quiet solitude, libraries (and books, lots and lots of books), artwork (drawing/sketching realism), night sky and star gazing
Dislikes: Loud noises, explosive behavior (rage, violence), tight places
Personality: Sileny is quite feminine, though her nickname 'Lenny' has stuck to her for her entire life. She's very easygoing, though not very talkative, preferring to be a listener. She seems to be a very balanced woman who actually has a big flaw, she flips out for the stars. She becomes very excited, intrigued, and is quite informative about astronomy. Anything like falling stars, lunar/solar eclipses, she'll do anything to experience.

Sileny isn't the obvious person in the group but she doesn't seem to be the wallflower either. She finds herself a happy niche with the small handful of friends that she has and makes the most of her life. While she doesn't go out and party often, she will do so as a sort of promise to her parents to be more social and tries to find a reason to have fun.

Other Facts of the Hushing Bolts -
About the Weapon: The 'fabric' drifts down her sleeves to form. They can be as short or as long as she desires. She manipulates it like throwing a rope, though she can be stealthy and have it creep along the ground. 
How to Attack: Common way is to wrap around a target or an object. She can use it on a wider level, making it grow and create a pressuring power. She can also use it to make one lose their balance, after she's captured them.
Attacks - 
Silencing Surge!: Creates a streaming surge of the Hushing Bolts that grasp onto the enemy (of which she can then use to slam them into things or just choke them)
Swift Restraint!: Creates a quick strike that either makes them lose their balance or entraps them (depends on how fast the target can move)
Encroaching Muffle!: Creates a pressurized scenario.
