LA - Sailor Frosty Leo Nebula WIP 1

I tried to keep colors similar to the colors on the Wikipedia page image of the nebula. This isn't finished but it's as finished as it's going to get until I come back from vacation.

Name: Safiya

Age: 15 years old (in Earth terms)
Personality:
Safiya is a very sweet and playful girl, who is learning to act as an adult and is developing a cool and calm personality. When she's with family, she's fiery, emotional, but in the proper setting, she is very domineering, authoritative, and proof that she would make an excellent Queen.

Personal History:
Safiya was born on her home world, Frosty Leo, to an already massive family (seventeen children). She was the youngest and was born very early and not expected to live. As such, her parents left her in the freezing cold as a sacrifice to their Goddess, Leonis Gelu. The Goddess took pity on the infant and brought her to the royal family, who was in need of an female heir (it is a matriarchy bloodline) and they already had three sons. She was happily accepted by all involved and became the favorite of the family, with very protective brothers and father, and an indulgent mother.

She grew up never knowing she was adopted until she turned twelve and the Goddess Leonis Gelu appeared to her when she performed the Rites of Age and gave her the Felis Leo Crystal Brooch to transform into the much revered soldier, Sailor Frosty Leo Nebula. She revealed the tween's origins and told her that while her parents did not have enough love for her, the Goddess and the adopted family did and that was why she was saved. Also for the fact that she was to be an important person upon their world, a much needed beacon who symbolized their star and Goddess.

After she was accepted as an 'adult', she began her training as a sailor soldier under the tutelage of the Goddess. She was blessed at fourteen by the Goddess, who gave her her mane to form into her fuku (the lion tawny fabric) that helps protect her from damaging attacks. She also gave her a Paw Emblem, that which is attached to her waistband that allows her to collect ice energy.

Currently fifteen, she is considered a formidable foe and a fierce contender on her home world. She gives any and all that she is and is as fierce as a lioness, swift as a lion, and as cool as the name she bears.

Frost Uproar!: Creates a violent screaming freezing ice wind that she can 'whip' around (in moderation)
Permafrost Osmose!: Drains ice from anywhere near her (from the ground, skies, and air in general)
